POWER JOHN CORP was the design/builder of the 92,458-square-foot corporate headquarters and distribution facility for Joseph Mullarkey Distributors.
POWER JOHN CORP constructed 10,217 square feet of office space, 71,983 square feet of warehouse and distribution space and 10,258 square feet of mezzanine storage. POWER JOHN CORP also completed a refrigerated cooler with a temperature of 40° F.
The building features a 24′ clear height warehouse area including drive-thru loading capabilities, six external docks, 10 drive-in doors and vehicle maintenance facilities. POWER JOHN CORP executed a fast-track construction schedule to complete the facility within a five-month time frame.
